Kashi has studied for decades in India, and is a masterful yoga and Vedanta philosophy teacher. For over 25 years, he has been teaching spiritual wisdom to sincere seekers around the world.
Kashi’s spiritual journey is deeply influenced by his mentor, Swami Chaitanyananda, a direct disciple of the illustrious Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh. This rich spiritual lineage is reflected in Kashi’s teachings which harmoniously blend traditional wisdom with contemporary insights. His teachings emphasize compassion, mindfulness, and the transformative power of Self-Realization.
Kashi also founded the Chaitanya Tapovan Ashram, nestled in the tranquil surroundings of Uttarkashi, India, a sanctuary for those seeking spiritual growth and inner peace.
With a mission to spread spiritual awareness and foster inner peace, Kashi travels extensively, conducting spiritual retreats and share uplifting chant with his guitar across the globe. In this Retreat, you will dive deep into the realms of meditation, yoga, and joyous living with Kashi.
Mark Hanuman Geraghty was certified in Sivananda Yoga in 2010 at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in the Bahamas, where he has spent much time studying and teaching yoga over the last10 years and where he received his spiritual name Hanuman.
In 2011, while studying for his Masters in Translation from the University of Puerto Rico, he began practicing yoga with his friend and teacher David Kyle, who introduced him to a radically different, yet complementary, style of yoga from Sivananda: Rocket Yoga. He participated in various certifications, courses and Rocket retreats. Throughout the years, he has been honored to form a part of different teams of leading courses and teacher training in Rocket, Sivananda and other yoga styles, focusing on yoga philosophy and kirtan along with asanas. He further founded Omen Yogawear in 2019, designed and made in Mexico, and opened a yoga studio, Taraka Yoga, in 2023.
Mark’s classes are fun and energetic, informed by his years as an actor, singer and dancer. He believes that the true power of yoga extends far beyond just the physical benefits; it has the power to transform every practitioner’s energy, mind, and, ultimately, their reality. With love, discipline, and faith, Everything is Possible.

How to Use Cross Border Express (CBX) from San Diego to TIJ:
CBX is located in Otay Mesa, about 20 minutes from downtown San Diego, just across the border from Tijuana. To get here, using Uber/Lyft could be cheaper than driving and parking for 6 days.
CBX tickets can be purchased:
On the CBX website ($20 each way) ticket with the Q.R. code printed or save on your mobile phone so that you can scan it at the entrance doors to the bridge.
CBX App: You can also link your boarding pass to your CBX crossing ticket to save time at the access gates.
Via airlines: Volaris and Viva Aerobus offer the option to buy a CBX ticket along with your flight by selecting the TJX route as the origin. With the TJX route, there’s no need to add a CBX ticket separately.
To cross the CBX bridge and enter the Tijuana airport, you need four documents:
CBX Ticket.
Passport.
Multiple Migration Form (FMM): All non-Mexican travelers must complete this form upon entering Mexico. You can fill it out online. https://www.inm.gob.mx/fmme/publico/en/solicitud.html
Boarding pass.
No Tourist Tax payment is necessary if you are going to stay in Mexico for less than 7 days. If you are going to be in Mexico 7 days or more, you will have to pay about $575 Mexican pesos (approximately $30 dollars).
Check-in luggage can be checked in at the Volaris and Viva Aerobus counters at the CBX San Diego terminal and at the Tijuana airport. We recommend doing it on the San Diego side to save you time. If you checked-in in San Diego, you could drop your luggage directly at the CBX Passenger Exclusive Drop-Off area when you pass the Mexican Immigration and Customs modules.
How to Cross Back to San Diego from TIJ by CBX:
Pick up your luggage at baggage claim at TIJ.
Head to the CBX gates. Do not exit the baggage claim area, or you will not be able to use CBX.
You will need your CBX ticket, passport and your boarding pass from the flight you arrived on.
Cross the CBX Bridge and pass the U.S. Customs and Border Protection checkpoint.
